during my sessions. I've only been able to stand about 15 minutes in with heart rate hitting 150+ towards the end but I'm working my way up. Very nice quality, and it's plenty big enough. I'm 6'1" and I can comfortably stand up, actually prefer standing over sitting. I've installed a waterproof fan to circulate the air a bit so there are no hot spots and an LED lighting strip so set the "mood"' lol. I prefer steam to dry heat, so this worked out really well for me. I use the Saunabox on days that I work out and have definitely noticed a difference in terms of recovery time and just general overall wellness.
