"Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed the function of the unit and use it a lot. After several months of use I would only like two things to be added/changed: 1. The red light box absolutely needs to be relocated to the center of the door. Being on the far edge of the door causes the bulk of the intensity to be focused on your left side and, unless you are very small, there is not room to sit sideways in the unit. 2. There needs to be an update to the app to let you know when the sauna gets to the preset temp. This would be way more convenient than going back and forth to manually check the temp as it heats up."

"This sauna isn’t easy to ship. A number of the parts were broken upon unboxing. Customer service was great, but the process took a little longer than I would’ve liked to get several parts replaced. I use the sauna every morning to start my day. We absolutely love it. I wish the red light was mounted in the center of the door. Other than that there’s nothing I would change. Assembly takes only a few minutes. In our garage it takes 25-30 minutes to reach max temp. 20-30 minute sessions produce an intense sweat. My skin looks great. The sauna puts me in an extreme state of relaxation."

"The Saunabox Solara has been a nice addition to my fitness journey. The Solara was very well packed and it arrived without any damage. Assembly went well. It took me around an hour to assemble. It’s plugged into a standard outlet and has worked without any issues. It heats up in approximately thirty minutes. I get a sweat going within a couple of minutes and I’m completely soaked after my twenty five minute session. I would’ve given it five stars but I’ve had a couple of issues. The first was while unpacking the unit. The base is flimsy at best. It’s made with an extremely thin layer of “wood” and minimal cross supports. I had to purchase a 2x3 piece of lumber, cut it to size and screw the pieces into the underside of the base. It’s now sturdy and able the handle my weight. The other issue is the Solara currently isn’t compatible with the Saunabox app. So you can’t control the unit or track your sessions."

Perfectly Adequate for Purpose!

"I've had a sauna in multiple houses over the previous 35+ years. When I renovated my previous house, I built a sauna room with a dedicated circuit to the hot rock heating system. I'm currently renting and decided to try the SaunaBox Solara as a simpler solution. It plugs into a regular outlet (no dedicated circuit), it’s stand-alone and flexible to fit in various spaces (spare room, bedroom corner), it has red light therapy, and Bluetooth for connecting an iPhone. Upon delivery, I carried the various pieces to the third floor and put them together on my own with no problem. Easy-to-follow instructions and easy to operate. I'm 6' 4'' and fit just fine. The system heats up to 150 degrees. I would prefer it to be hotter, but that would entail greater expense, additional space, and dedicated electrical wiring. I provide a resounding recommendation as perfectly adequate for purpose."
