SaunaBox SmartSteam Kit & Cold Plunge Warranty

 

At SaunaBox, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction with our products. We stand behind the craftsmanship and reliability of our portable steam sauna, The SaunaBox, and offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please read the following warranty policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

  • Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions for the following components of the SaunaBox: the SmartSteam unit, heat-insulated frame cover, fiberglass frame, bottom sweat mat, and chair.
  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty will be void if the customer does not strictly follow the instructional manual provided with the SaunaBox. It is crucial to thoroughly read and follow the instruction manual to ensure proper usage and maintenance. Failure to do so may prevent the customer from availing the 1-year warranty.

The warranty will also be void if any of the above-mentioned components are broken or damaged due to mishandling, improper usage, or failure to read and adhere to the full instruction manual. 

  • Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and notify SaunaBox within the warranty period. Please contact our customer support team through support@saunabox.com to initiate the warranty claim process.

If a covered component is found to have a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction, we will either repair or replace the affected part, at our discretion, free of charge.

  • Limitations: Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or any damages caused by factors beyond our control.

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the SaunaBox.

  • Disclaimer: SaunaBox shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the SaunaBox, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

SAUNABOX SOLARA: Solara Warranty Policy

 

The Solara infrared sauna comes with a limited 1-year warranty on infrared heaters, controls, audio system, and wooden cabinetry and are only applicable to the original purchaser or owner. Each SAUNABOX Solara is assembled and tested for quality control before it ships out to customers. To initiate a warranty claim for the Solara, please contact our customer service team at support@saunabox.com.


This warranty policy encompasses replacement parts found to have manufacturing-related defects as a result of workmanship or materials. The Solara is crafted with hemlock wood. Minor scratches, dents, markings, and scuffs do not affect the sauna’s operational ability and the integrity of the sauna and are considered normal wear and tear which is not covered under warranty. As with any wooden furniture and structures, wood will continue to respond to its climate conditions - the presence of fine cracks or color variation can be caused by changes in levels of moisture but this will not affect the sauna’s integrity. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages resulting from misuse or mishandling by the user. The warranty becomes void if the sauna is altered in any way, exposed to water, used outdoors, or misused. This warranty does not cover any service or labor costs.


While saunas are shipped across the USA and other countries, slight blemishes, scuffs, markings, or scratches may occur to the exterior during transit. For any damages acclaimed to have occurred during transit, warranty claims must be submitted via email to support@saunabox.com within 14 days of delivery. Our limited warranty covers normal use for the product for one year - the start of this warranty period is defined as date of receipt of the goods. Issues caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation or installation, and maintenance that does not follow instructions provided will void the warranty. This warranty includes only replacement components for the Solara excluding the glass door. The customer is responsible for freight charges to and from SAUNABOX for replacement components shipped after 30 days from receipt of goods. 


SAUNABOX shall not be liable for any loss of use of the Solara or any incidental or consequential damages incurred. In the event of any liability on the part of SAUNABOX, it shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product covered under this warranty. Neither Saunabox nor its representatives will be held responsible for injuries to persons or damages to properties. 


Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty offered by Saunabox and replaces any previous or additional representations or warranties. All other warranties — whether express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where such warranties cannot be disclaimed, they are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period described above.

This limitation applies even if the Limited Warranty does not fulfill its essential purpose or if claims are brought under other legal theories, including breach of warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other cause of action. Under no circumstances shall Saunabox be liable for any form of damages beyond the replacement or repair of the product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or for losses related to profit, revenue, business interruption, opportunities, or reputation.

Some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary depending on your state or jurisdiction.
