ThermoShield

FRAME COVER

This material has been tested against the strictest chemical regulations in the US for lead, Phthalates, heavy metals, flame retardants, and Azo dyes - all of which were not detected. This complies with California Prop 65 and RoHS (EU).

Material: Polyester and Cotton

Certifications: ✅ RoHS Compliant and California Prop 65 Compliant

Tested for:

  • Heavy metals: Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium (RoHS)
  • Flame retardants: PBBs & PBDEs (REACH Annex XVII)
  • Azo dyes: Harmful dyes that can release carcinogenic amines (REACH Annex XVII)
  • Phthalates – plasticizers linked to reproductive harm (e.g., DEHP, DBP, DINP)

All results showed not detected which means it complies with California Prop 65 and RoHS.

Silicone

TUBING

This tubing is made of food-grade silicone that has been approved according to standards set by the FDA and Reach, validating that it is non-toxic and safe to use and will not leach chemicals.

Certifications: ✅ REACH Compliant and FDA Compliant

Tested for REACH Compliance: 

Purpose: To determine whether the silicone material contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed in the EU REACH Regulation (EC No. 1907/2006).

Result:

  • 235 SVHCs were tested
  • All SVHCs were Not Detected.

That means none of the tested harmful substances were present at or above 0.1% (w/w), which is the regulatory threshold.

  • The product complies with REACH standards as of the June 14, 2023 SVHC list.
  • Tested for FDA Compliance:
  • Purpose: To test if the silicone meets US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations — this is the FDA's standard for rubber articles intended for repeated use in food contact applications.
