Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By signing up to become an affiliate with SaunaBox (the “Company”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fairness in our affiliate program.
1. Eligibility
Affiliates must apply through the Company’s affiliate portal and be approved prior to earning commissions.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Affiliates are not permitted to use PPC advertising of any kind, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Display Ads. This includes bidding on brand-related terms, generic sauna-related terms, or any keywords that may compete with the Company’s paid campaigns.
If you are found to be running PPC ads, your account will be immediately terminated, and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Coupon & Discount Code Websites: Affiliates may not promote the Company through websites that primarily feature discount codes, voucher codes, or deal aggregators. Any affiliate promoting on such platforms will be removed from the program without payout.
Unauthorized Paid Media or Display Ads: Affiliates may not run display advertising, retargeting campaigns, or any form of paid media designed to capture traffic under the Company’s brand.
No Deceptive Practices: Affiliates may not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, brand bidding, trademark/domain hijacking, unauthorized paid media, or the use of bots/incentivized traffic.
3. Permitted Marketing Practices
Affiliates may promote the Company through original content, organic social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and influencer marketing (where permitted by law).
Affiliates must represent the brand accurately and may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
4. Commission & Payment
Commissions are paid only on valid sales generated through your unique affiliate link. The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions for fraudulent, canceled, or returned orders.
Violations of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate account termination and loss of unpaid commissions.
5. Modification & Termination
The Company may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant updates. The Company reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at its discretion.
