For the ultimate hands-off experience, our White Glove Delivery includes full professional assembly, so your sauna is ready to use right away. Handled by our trained 2-person teams with a scheduled 4-hour appointment window and customer signature at delivery.
Our Room of Choice Delivery ensures your Solara is safely carried into your home (including stairs and apartments), placed exactly where you want it and unpacked —assembly not included.
Do I need Room of Choice Delivery if I live in an apartment or have stairs?
Yes. If your building has stairs or requires carrying the sauna beyond ground-level entry, Room of Choice Delivery is required to ensure safe handling.
What’s the difference between Room of Choice and White Glove Delivery?
Room of Choice includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking and placement. White Glove includes all of that plus full assembly, so your Solara is ready to use the same day.

How long does the delivery service take?
Both services include up to 30 minutes of delivery time. White Glove assembly is completed within that window, so you can enjoy your sauna right away.
