Your SaunaBox Solara comes standard with adjustable temperatures from 77°F to 149°F. If you prefer a hotter sauna experience, you can unlock an extended temperature setting that increases the maximum temperature to 158°F by pressing and holding the + and - TIME settings for 8 seconds.
The higher temperature setting is completely optional and is designed for users who prefer more intense heat. If you’re comfortable with the standard temperature range, no adjustment is needed.
