Place the ice pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before your session. When you're ready, slide it into the front pouch of the SaunaBoxers. It stays in place during your session and keeps scrotal temperature in a safe range while the rest of your body absorbs the heat.

The ice pack lasts approximately 20-30 minutes depending on sauna temperature. For longer sessions, swap in a fresh one.

  • How do I wash the SaunaBoxers?

    Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean. The organic cotton holds its shape and softness with regular washing. The ice pack is not machine washable — wipe it down with a damp cloth and return it to the freezer.

  • How long does the ice pack last?

    The ice pack typically lasts 20-30 minutes depending on sauna temperature and ambient conditions. For sessions longer than 30 minutes, we recommend having a second ice pack ready in the freezer so you can swap it in without interrupting your session.

  • What sizes are available?

    SaunaBoxers are available in XS through XXL. Use the size chart to find your fit based on waist measurement. If you're between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit or size down for a snug fit.

  • Can I return them?

    Yes. Return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.

  • Why premium cotton specifically?

    Synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon shed microplastics during use. In a sauna, your pores are open and your body is absorbing more from its environment. Premium cotton doesn't shed synthetics and is naturally breathable in high heat. It's the right material for this application.

  • Are SaunaBoxers only for the sauna?

    They're designed specifically for sauna use, but there's nothing stopping you from wearing them outside of it. The organic cotton construction and ergonomic fit make them comfortable for everyday use as well. The ice pack is optional — you don't need it every time you put them on.

  • Do I need to use the ice pack every session?
