Traditional saunas work by heating the surrounding air, which then warms your body indirectly. In contrast, our infrared sauna uses infrared heating panels to emit radiant heat that directly penetrates the skin and underlying tissues, raising your core temperature more efficiently.

This form of radiant heat operates at lower ambient temperatures (typically 110–150°F vs. 170–200°F in traditional saunas), which can enhance circulatory, thermoregulatory, and cellular responses with less cardiovascular strain.

Infrared heat is often categorized into near (NIR), mid (MIR), and far-infrared (FIR), each with unique tissue penetration depths and physiological effects—such as stimulating mitochondrial activity, supporting detoxification, or improving skin elasticity and circulation.

"I love it and I use it everyday. I will admit, it was a giant pain in the ass to set it up. The instructions were bad and it was difficult to get any kind of support from the company. I had to watch a couple of videos on YouTube to set it up properly. Once I got everything set up however, it's super easy to use and keep clean and I feel like it's having a great effect. I love the multiple settings on the red light therapy bars. One thing the company didn't mention was that the remote control has to be recharged every once in awhile. Also, throw your goggles away. They are not necessary and in fact can be harmful as they are rubber and when they get heated up you're just infusing your ocular sockets with hot rubber."
