"This sauna isn’t easy to ship. A number of the parts were broken upon unboxing. Customer service was great, but the process took a little longer than I would’ve liked to get several parts replaced. I use the sauna every morning to start my day. We absolutely love it. I wish the red light was mounted in the center of the door. Other than that there’s nothing I would change. Assembly takes only a few minutes. In our garage it takes 25-30 minutes to reach max temp. 20-30 minute sessions produce an intense sweat. My skin looks great. The sauna puts me in an extreme state of relaxation."

"We are enjoying our red-light sauna. Reasons for loss of star: Red light would be better if mounted in the center of the door - we find ourselves huddled in the corner. No live customer svc, although they did reply via email when we encountered issues with the white glove assembly (we do not recommend paying for this as they had no idea what they were doing and pounded it together). Also be sure to add 5" clearance to the dimensions - made a big difference for us. This is a solid product and a great company, but they do have some improvements to work on."

"Overall satisfied. Heats up very quickly and gets to 135F in 30 minutes. What keeps it from a 5 star is the small size red light panel that is mounted low, not centered on the door, nor is it tilted toward the middle of the seat. I made my own adjustments to raise it slightly and added shims between the backside of the panel and the mounting board on one side to tilt it toward the middle. For direct and up close facial treatments, we can simply open the door without turning on the full spectrum panels, sit on a stool outside of the sauna, and simply use the red light panel up close."

It will arrive securely packaged on a pallet and delivered curbside. The shipment includes two boxes: 65 x 37 x 13in and 35 x 34 x 10in weighing around 220lbs total. The delivery will be curbside, and the driver will lower the items to ground level for you. We are not responsible for in-home delivery or assembly, unless whiteglove service is purchased.
