Spend your FSA or HSA on a sauna while the Fall Sale is on.

Three steps at checkout. A licensed provider reviews a short survey, and if you qualify you can pay with pre-tax dollars on top of Fall Sale pricing.

TrueMed is for qualified customers only. We are not a tax adviser, a licensed provider decides eligibility, and your plan has the final say.

Three steps, and every one of them happens at checkout.

1
Step one
Check out and pick TrueMed

Put the sauna in your cart and select TrueMed at checkout. Nothing is charged while you work through it.

2
Step two
Answer the health survey

A short set of health questions, around five minutes. A licensed provider reviews your answers and, if you qualify, issues a Letter of Medical Necessity.

3
Step three
Pay with your HSA or FSA

Use your HSA or FSA card at checkout, or pay by regular card and file the letter with the receipt to claim it back.

If the provider decides it is not a fit, you are not charged for the letter, and you can still buy at the same Fall Sale price with a regular card.

Start at checkout

Do not hand back up to $3,400.

An FSA runs out of time. An HSA does not.

Whatever is left in an FSA when your plan year closes goes back to your employer. For most plans that date is 31 December, and only some plans allow a small carryover or a short grace period. An HSA is the opposite: it rolls from year to year and stays yours even if you change jobs.

So if it is FSA money, the sauna has to be bought before that date. The Fall Sale is running now, which means the two deadlines line up. Paying pre-tax means the money is never taxed as income, and for most people that works out around 30% saved depending on their bracket. In some cases a higher-limit plan can cover the full cost. Leave a few days of margin for the survey.

Every sauna we make can qualify.

These are Fall Sale prices. Pre-tax dollars stack on top of them.

Paying pre-tax means that money is never taxed as income. On average that works out around 30% saved, and in some cases a higher-limit plan can cover the full cost, up to the 2026 health FSA limit of $3,400. What you actually save depends on your own tax bracket and your plan, and eligibility is decided by a licensed provider through TrueMed.

Questions.

Your plan decides, we do not. Most FSA and HSA plans follow IRS 213(d), which is the standard the Letter of Medical Necessity is written against. Plans can still add their own exclusions, so if you want certainty before you buy, ask your administrator whether they accept an LMN for medical equipment.

Around five minutes. A licensed provider reviews it, and most people hear back the same day.

Nothing is locked in and you are not charged for the letter. You can still buy the same sauna at the same Fall Sale price with a regular card.

Spend what is in there. The letter covers the portion your account pays for, and you put the rest on a regular card.

Yes. The letter is about eligibility, not price, so pre-tax dollars and Fall Sale pricing stack.

Keep the itemised receipt and the letter together. Some plans ask for both when you file, and a few want the receipt broken out line by line.

SaunaBox TrueMed

Nothing here is tax advice. Eligibility is decided by a licensed provider through TrueMed and by your own plan, never by us. TrueMed is for qualified customers only, and HSA or FSA tax savings vary by plan and by tax bracket. The 2026 health FSA contribution limit is $3,400 (IRS Rev. Proc. 2025-32). Heat therapy may help support recovery and sleep, and is not a treatment for any condition.
