Set Up Tutorial
Step 1
Start by unboxing the components
Remove all items from the carrying case and lay them out for easy access.
Ensure you have the following components: inflatable tub, structure poles, connection tee's, hand pump, and top lid cover.
Step 2
Inflate the Tub
Attach the provided hand pump to the valve on the inflatable tub.
Pump air into the outer ring until it feels firm but not overly tight.
Step 3
Assemble the Semicircle Poles
Insert the semicircle structure poles through the designated sleeves on the tub.
Connect the poles to the mounting tees for a secure fit.
Step 4
Insert the Bottom Frame Poles
Slide the straight structure pole into the bottom sleeve of the tub.
Lock the pole into place using the tee connectors on each side.
Step 5
Attach the Top Lid
Inflate the top lid with the provided hand pump.
Position the top lid over the tub, aligning the edges carefully.
Press down firmly to ensure a snug fit.
Your PlungeBox XL is ready for it's first use!
Step 6
Fill the Tub with Water
Use a hose or bucket to add clean water to the tub.
Fill to your desired water level, ensuring space for ice and user immersion.
Step 7
Add Ice
Pour ice into the water to achieve your desired temperature.
Adjust the amount of ice based on the intensity of cold therapy you prefer.
