Traditional saunas work by heating the surrounding air, which then warms your body indirectly. In contrast, our infrared sauna uses infrared heating panels to emit radiant heat that directly penetrates the skin and underlying tissues, raising your core temperature more efficiently.

This form of radiant heat operates at lower ambient temperatures (typically 110-150°F vs. 170-200°F in traditional saunas), which can enhance circulatory, thermoregulatory, and cellular responses with less cardiovascular strain.


Infrared heat is often categorized into near (NIR), mid (MIR), and far- infrared (FIR), each with unique tissue penetration depths and physiological effects-such as stimulating mitochondrial activity, supporting detoxification, or improving skin elasticity and circulation.
