PAIRING YOUR

REMOTE

(1) Pairing Your Remote: Your Pulse remote & controller system will not come paired via bluetooth. To pair your device, ensure that your controller is properly connected to power and to the cable bunch.

Then turn your remote on and wait for the "E1" error to pop up on the remote screen. After the "E1" error pops up, hit the On/Off button 6 times consecutively. You will know your device is paired when you hear a click from the controller box and the "El" error no longer shows up on your screen.

(2) Control Your Desired Settings: After the sauna is plugged into a standard home outlet, use the buttons on the remote to control your desired settings and allow the sauna to heat up for 15-20 minutes before entering.

(3) Using the Sauna Safely: Ensure you've read safety instructions. Start at lower temperatures to ensure you do not overheat. Do not leave the sauna on for more than 1 hour and unplug when not in

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Blurred Screen on Remote

If your remote screen appears blurry, please try the following:

A. Remove the battery from the remote, wait a few seconds, and then reinstall it. This often resolves the issue.

B. If the issue continues, please contact us.

2. Sauna Not Heating Up

If your sauna doesn’t seem to be heating properly, a few things may help:

  • The temperature displayed on the remote shows the ambient (room) temperature inside the tent. It will take a little time to rise after powering on.

A. Please check whether the surface of the heating panels feels warm to the touch.

B. Make sure the temperature sensor is placed inside the tent — this step is important for accurate readings.

C. Double-check that all connections are secure and tightly plugged in.

If you’ve tried the steps above and the issue persists, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist further.
